1. Website Purpose

This website explains FluxCreateAI's Website Credibility System, the downstream Revenue Leak Audit, and the controlled FluxLead Pilot path. It is informational and invitation based. Visiting or emailing does not create an automatic service agreement.

2. No Guarantees

FluxCreateAI does not guarantee revenue increases, sales results, lead conversion, response rates, or any specific financial outcome. The Revenue Leak Audit is diagnostic only: it identifies likely leaks and practical next steps based on available information, not a promised result.

3. No Automated Transactions

This website does not include payment processing, checkout, booking automation, client accounts, CRM access, email sending, WhatsApp sending, SMS sending, or any public SaaS onboarding flow.

4. Offers Require Direct Confirmation

Any website project, audit, or pilot must be discussed and agreed directly with FluxCreateAI. Scope, timing, pricing, deliverables, and responsibilities are confirmed separately before work begins.

5. FluxLead Status

FluxLead is described as the lead intelligence and outreach-control system behind FluxCreateAI. It is not presented here as a mature public SaaS platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The FluxCreateAI name, FluxLead name, Revenue Leak Audit language, page copy, visual structure, and related materials belong to FluxCreateAI unless otherwise stated. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Website Accuracy

The website may be updated as offers are refined through real delivery evidence and operating lessons. Future CRM, ticket, chatbot, and automated workflow features are not active offers unless FluxCreateAI explicitly confirms them.
